Mattress Recycling Fee - RI

Checked out at checkout and this fee was right there, clearly listed so there were no surprises. It's a small price to pay knowing the old mattress won't end up in a dump. Rhode Island's got the right idea with this mandatory recycling charge.

Good to see states taking mattress recycling seriously, and this charge was exactly the amount shown on the receipt. No surprises when I paid, which is all I really ask for with a mandatory fee.
