I was worried the cubbies would look too small in person, but they're actually perfect for stacking board books and a small lamp. The whole piece feels really sturdy once assembled, and the light finish fits perfectly with our nursery.

The cubbies in the middle are perfect for corralling my toddler's books so they're not sliding off the dresser, and the drawers glide open so smoothly even she can pull them out without a struggle. Assembly-free was the real selling point for me—I had it unboxed and organized in under ten minutes.
